Support to load svg files and include them as bas64 encoded images in the bundle.

externalize svgs in markerfactory
This is an experiment if we can replace theMarkerIconFactorywith React Code and externalize the SVGs in there.The library builds, but linking is a problem - its not the ideal solution yet.For now just the icons are replaced, the marker shapes stay as they are, since coloring them seems difficult.
With this we removed 90% of SVGs from the code. This should be enough for now.
