Note: This release did not pick up the last few merge commits since they were regular merge commits and did not employ the conventional commits format, therefore it did not bump the versions of the builder and cli packages. I will fix this before merging this PR for a release or if a release is needed before then we just release manually this time.

This PR is fine to merge now or whenever we want to release it. The last PR seems to have bumped the versions accordingly, I will manually add the previous missing PR commits to the changelog.
