It seems this repo used Travis CI in the past, but would be good to switch to CI/CD with GitHub Actions:

Try to build dist
Check code style (at least with the .editorconfig)
Publish NPM package on release in npmjs which then offers also CDN (also mentioned in public-license-selector as npm package #13)
Eventually to run tests if there will be some (Tests #5)
