file previews (html/text/archives...)

currently supported:

• .txt
• .zip
• .html

bugs:

no support yet:

• compressed archives (such as .tar.gz, .tar.xz etc)
• .tar

trunc:

• txt previews and archive previews should be truncated (there are archives with ~100K+ files)

doc:

• previews used to be bitstream metadata and these are migrated, if this is done differently (is it?) can we eventually get rid of the metadata?

Video previews sme ešte neriešili. Tá issue sa omylom zatvorila vyriešili sme v nej iba TAR previews.
Vytvoril som novu issue: dataquest-dev/dspace-angular#791
