A Dungeon Feature that allows you to sacrifice a Precious Object. For each Reward#gold(dungeon.level) (of full price, not sell price), the steps-per-encounter value is increased by 10% for all Dungeon Floors.
Once used, they are removed, so that more instances are useful for sacrificing more individual Items.

The hourglass slightly distorts this location's time, making it permanently harder for roaming enemies to catch up with you.
A mostly-thematic +2 bonus to initiative lasting 1-hour could easily be applied to the group as well (Time-warped). If the group is large (5 or more units), make it a +1 bonus instead as it can scale up into multiple free actions from there.
