Is there a way to configure the subtitle ?? such as the subtitle size, position, opacity, and etc. ??

uosc doesn't render subtitles. These settings can be found in mpv configuration.

Can't tell you the default keybinds from the top of my head, but you can search "sub" in uosc's keybinds menu to see all currently active shortcuts relating to this.
