It would be good to have an issue to collect the things we want to update everyone on.

The last update was on October 2nd:
https://github.com/tc39/notes/blob/master/meetings/2019-10/october-2.md#an-update-on-temporal

This is an opportunity to get feedback from the wider committee

Issues needing input

#403 - Conclusion is yes but double check with plenary

Some ideas:

  • An update on Calendar
  • Why we didn't choose the subclassing route?
  • Show the cookbook?
  • Temporal.parse() ?

By that time, the API docs should be complete up to the point that we start adding Calendar: https://tc39.es/proposal-temporal/docs/index.html

I think the cookbook would be good to show but first make sure we get all those open cookbook PRs merged.

Also do a search for any open issues labelled "needs-plenary-input" and pose those questions.

Thanks for the reply on this @ptomato
I should have some free time tomorrow, so can look at the cookbook PRs and maybe start a deck for next week, unless @pdunkel wants to do that?

I can check for any open issues too.
