Why this fork

@round's version was unmaintained, and i wanted improvements.

• I have also updated it for Chrome Extensions v3

How To Use

1. Download the latest release (or clone this repo).
2. Go to 'Extensions' in Chrome (chrome://extensions) or Edge (edge://extensions).
3. Enable 'Developer Mode' in the top right.
4. Click 'Load Unpacked' and select the unzipped extension folder.

Now you should have the blue "link" icon in your chrome extensions list (I use it often enough that I "pin" it to the top.)

Now whenever you are on a page and want to find the author/see the Twitter discussion of it, you can just click the icon and it'll popup a small window with the metacommentary.
