What happened and what did you expect to happen?

Following the security vulnerability release of ibc-go ASA-2025-004, pfm tests do not pass for cosmos-sdk applications.

Describe how to reproduce the bug

  • build docker image of cosmos-sdk application using latest version of pfm & v8.6.0 of ibc-go
  • run the standard packet-forward-middleware integration test using ict, should fail
  • confirm pfm does not fail on cosmossdk application using v8.5.3

the issue was due to the release of ibc-go@v8.6.0, and resolved with the release of ibc-go@v8.6.1, closing!
