Using API Management - getting error ##[error]Capacity exceeds maximum capacity. #105

Using API Management - Create/Update API task while Deploying API

when using this with a large definition Im seeing this warning / error pair

##[warning]Environment variable 'INPUT_SWAGGERCODE' exceeds the maximum supported length. Environment variable length: 115842 , Maximum supported length: 32766
 ##[error]Capacity exceeds maximum capacity.

Im guessing the deployment works by copying the swagger file to a variable.

are there any work around's for this ?
