Transaction settings drawer displays fee in selected cryptocurrency instead of EUR

Steps:

1. Go to profile -> Settings -> currency -> Select any cryptocurrency
2. Go to send set up flow
3. Open the transaction settings drawer

Actual result:

• The fee is displayed in the selected cryptocurrency
  

Expected result:

• If the user selects a cryptocurrency in settings, the fee should be displayed in EUR (only in the Transaction Settings drawer; elsewhere, it should be shown in the selected cryptocurrency).
• If the user selects a fiat currency, the fee should be displayed in the selected fiat.
