There is a test documenting this behaviour here. I have spent some time looking at it and whilst it remains possible that this is a bug in the test framework I do not think it is - do bare that possibility in mind though.

Test name: TestP2PPeerReplicatorWithUpdate

I think the underlying issue may also be causing TestP2PPeerReplicatorWithCreate to fail as well

This was correct behaviour, there was another bug in the P2P system that contradicted this (and I assumed incorrectly that that was correct behaviour)
