explorer: Transaction details doesn't show the rent amount deducted for new accounts

Problem

When creating a new account or transferring tokens to a new account, the new account will immediately be charged rent but that rent fee isn't displayed on the transaction details page. So, the balance changes appear to be incorrect

For this transaction:

There is a discrepancy of 2439 lamports when adding the credits (7561), debits (-15000), and tx fee (5000). That discrepancy is the rent fee
