PoS non-selected participants also earn rewards at the end? #5007

In a typical Proof-of-Stake (PoS) blockchain network, validators are selected to create and validate new blocks based on their stake in the network. Validators who create and validate new blocks earn rewards in the form of newly minted tokens. However, in most PoS networks, only the selected validators receive rewards for their contributions to block creation and validation. Participants who staked but were not selected to be validators do not receive rewards for their contributions. That being said, some PoS networks may have different reward structures and mechanisms. For example, some networks may have a mechanism where all participants who have staked tokens in the network receive a portion of the block reward proportional to their stake, regardless of whether or not they were selected to be validators for a particular block. In summary, the specific reward structure for staking and block validation will depend on the design of the particular PoS network in question. |

In Proof of Stake case, bunch of participants comes forward with stake to part in the validation process, however, blockchain network selects the one with high stakes and has good reputation in that blockchain network.
After the selected validator validates and with the consensus of all nodes successfully adds the block to the blockchain network, apart from him earning rewards, does all the participants who had come forward to take part in the validation with some stake and who were not selected also gets some small rewards after that block is added?
