ctrl+y hotkey for redo in undo-manager #429

On Windows redo is done with ctr+y (Office).
Firefox and Chrome on Windows support both ctrl+y and shift+ctrl+z.

Is it possible to support ctrl+y in addition to shift+ctrl+z in the undo manager?
