Messenger settings doesn't work; Preferences doesn't work

I just found Caprine, and I'm super excited about it. Thanks for doing this work!

However, I noticed that File -> Messenger Settings doesn't bring up any settings. Nor does <profile pic> -> Preferences.

Finally - I had a question -I'd really like to set Caprine up so that <enter> doesn't send messages, but instead inserts a newline. It's honestly the main reason I was looking for an app and not using messenger in a tab. Is this possible somehow?

Opening the preferences/settings is currently broken by the hide-preferences-window. A workaround is listed in #2167 and #2181 should fix this issue.

For making a newline, you can use Shift+Enter. Using enter-as-send is what Messenger defaults to and is not a feature of Caprine.
