As far as I'm concerned, this pack does offer a free hosting solution, as well as a domain.
It is available in Poland, you need to prove you're a student by submiting your .edu or .edu.pl email adress or you could use your school ID.

@Frioo AFAIK that pack is only for university students.

is not, high school student here, program member for 2 years
but the domain is only available for uni students in US, UK and such
plus hosting on digitalocean is inefficient moneywise in my opinion
