Stop 31687 does not exist

Hi @septadev, just wanted to let you know that stop 31687 (SW corner Front & Spring Garden) doesn't seem to exist anymore but is still in the GTFS. If you look in Google Street View there is in fact no SEPTA sign, and it has even been removed (perhaps by public input) in Google Maps. But because it's in the GTFS it still shows up in third-party apps such as Transit.
