Request: Hide Public Email Checkbox

Could you add an option to hide the Public Email checkbox altogether and have it default checked (or include the email in the body)?

For example, if I have the form pointing to a private repro, I would want the email included in the body and this wouldn't be publicly displayed and the user wouldn't need to worry about this being checked or not.
