Add direct edit capability - Drag to update dates #11

Technically, we can add in capability to "drag" dates around.

Right now the following line disables editing in the entirity.

rp-azuredevops-roadmaps/src/ProjectRoadmap/components/Gantt/Gantt.tsx

Line 64 in 39dc009

gantt.config.readonly = true;

DHTMLX has dragging capability, so we would need to:

Enable it
Create API calls to AzureDevOps to update the corresponding work items.
