Combining shortcuts? (eg half-left then half-top to get top-left-quarter)

I have enabled the setting for "Repeated commands cycle sizes on half actions", and it is set to include thirds.

I feel like I must be missing a setting somewhere, but I keep pushing the half-left shortcut and then the half-top shortcut expecting to get the same results as pressing a dedicated top-left-quarter shortcut. Instead I only get either half-left or half-top, whichever I pushed last.

How do I tell Rectangle Pro that I want the half-top to apply on top of the half-left I pushed right before that?

Right now the only way to achieve this in Rectangle Pro is to use the win arrow keys setting, at the top of the Keyboard Shortcuts list. I would like to add a way to allow more "stateful" customization so this can be tailored by the user in custom sizes/positions, or maybe more just more stateful configurations. Another thought I've had is to allow keys other than the arrow keys to perform the win arrow keys setting.

Okay, so I'm trying to use Win Arrow Keys, and it does allow combining "left" and "up" into "top left", but it seems like Win Arrow Keys completely ignores the "Repeated commands cycle sizes on half actions" setting. How do I get thirds while having stateful shortcuts?
