<p>在使用和管理一个软件平台的过程中，你也许会有多个人来一起管理的需求，这时候还要兼顾某些敏感行为某些人没权限操作的情况，你就需要一套权限管理了。
流程：创建角色→创建用户并把ta分配到某个角色下→把账号给ta→让ta登录使用</p>
