Are there plans to make this compatible with PC's?

@stevecfischer Not sure what the difficulty to get this to work on windows is. I don't have an environment to test this out or even know if things such as readline are available on windows. Would welcome pull requests if anyone is able to get it working.

@stevecfischer thought I'd follow up on this, a while back I added the ability to run this script without readline support. It wont have history or the ability to use it like a standard console (e.g. use the arrow keys to move the cursor) but it should work. Feel free to give it a shot and let me know if its suitable.
