Hello dear great developers of this great product!

In the "mount" manual page (here: https://rclone.org/commands/rclone_mount/), it didn't say that we can not use a leading slash.

So in systemd, the mount unit:

[Mount]
Type=rclone
What=cloud:Photos
Where=/mnt/cloud/photos

will work, while

[Mount]
Type=rclone
What=cloud:/Photos                   # Mind the / in /Photos
Where=/mnt/cloud/photos

Will not.

I took me 6 months to figure that out (yes, I am a bit stubborn) :-)

Could we implement the test somewhere? For example, in the PCloud helper? Or perhaps more globally?

Thanks in advance...

Hi.

This probably depends on the backend, as documented. What is behind cloud: in your example?

And also, I would not expect it to be something specific to the mount command. Did you test the same command without mount, e.g. rclone ls cloud:Photos and rclone ls cloud:/Photos?
