"leveldb-tools -action repair" corrupts geth (https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/releases) database

geth 1.7.3 on windows
After "leveldb-tools -action repair", geth says: panic: leveldb: internal key "i", len=1: invalid length and refuses to start

Also I cannot open databse via LeveldB.net
SeekToFirst() throws exception:
An unhandled exception of type 'LevelDB.LevelDBException' occurred in LevelDB.Net.dll
Additional information: Corruption: corrupted compressed block contents
