I want to use casino for a rails 4.2 app but got the following issue:

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "rails":
  In Gemfile:
    casino (>= 0) ruby depends on
      rails (~> 4.1.0) ruby

    rails (4.2.0)

Any reasons why you use a so strict version dependency?
