Removed AppX Apps in RapidOS

When installing RapidOS, the following default Windows apps are removed:

  • Clipchamp
  • Disney+
  • Yandex Music (Russian regions)
  • Spotify
  • Cortana
  • Bing News
  • Bing Search
  • Bing Weather
  • Microsoft Family
  • Quick Assist
  • Get Help
  • Get Started
  • Microsoft Solitaire Collection
  • Microsoft Teams
  • People
  • Skype
  • To Do
  • Wallet
  • Whiteboard
  • Maps
  • OOBE (Out-of-Box Experience) components
  • Parental Controls
  • Feedback Hub
  • Mail

Custom Features in RapidOS

Using the Custom Features in RapidOS, you can select which default Windows apps to remove or keep. Below are the apps that can be retained if desired:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • OneDrive
  • Microsoft Office and individual Office apps (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Xbox and related components (Game Bar, Xbox Services, etc.)
  • Your Phone

These options allow for more flexibility during installation, letting you customize the system according to your needs.
