PuTTY 0.78 added support for OpenSSH certificates, for both user authentication keys and host keys. For the latter, trusted host CAs can be configured, alongside the permitted signature types and valid hosts which the CA is trusted to certify. These settings are global, and so will require additional support beyond the existing session configuration handling.
