Consider only active files when calculating the percentage

If some files in a torrent are marked as “off”, these should not factor into the completion percentage. So if I have half the files (size-wise) disabled, the torrent should be displaying 100% when it's in reality at 50%. Right now, the torrent just stops at 50%.

Of course, this should be a toggleable feature.
