Integration of Github Updater Lite

I have integrated this into several projects, and its extremely easy to do.
Less than 10 lines IIRC

This will allow anyone running this new fork to update directly from github when a new release is built.
I don't believe that the team here currently has access to the wordpress plugins qtranslate listing, this would be a way to bypass and allow auto updating until then.
