Autocrypt support?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Autocrypt spec describes email encryption similarly to what OTR does for messaging (from the users perspective). I haven't read the spec fully yet, but it might be something we should look into if we want to support it.

Implement Autocrypt Level 1 support

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no alternatives. GnuPG is still the best at this point. This is more something to support for long term.
