Disappearing Alignment Graph when zooming

Sometimes the Alignment Graph disappears when zooming in. Here I zoom in, it disappears, and out again.

Thanks for reporting. Unfortunately, this is a bug in the library used for plotting the graph, and there seems to be no solution yet: oxyplot/oxyplot#1269

Your screen capture also shows another long-standing bug: missing negative signs on the offset axis. This is finally fixed by #20.
