How would this be implemented with distance snap? because then distance snap would be varying on both the distance snap slider AND the velocity slider, unless they're separated like they were before (#32121), with an Absolute D.S. mode or default.

Probably two sliders, one for distance snap and one for slider velocity. Maybe have a toggle button that couples / uncouples them to the same value.
