Rename Fields column

Hello folks,

it's there a way to rename a custom column created? Because it's added the text "Plugins - TAG" and after this the field name like the image attached.

The column name must be "IDENTIFICAÇÃO INTERNA" not "Dados_de_empresas - Identificação Interna"

Same need there, didn't find how to do it.
However, you can rename bloc label of additionnal fields to "nothing?" and it will display something like Plug-ins - - field name.
