Describe the bug
Some interfaces on the application might require the [general].scheduled_tasks setting to be enabled, but it's basically a useless setting.

At 3.5 this setting has already been completely wiped off.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Workflow > Review > Setup
  2. See the Automated Email Reminders section is limited
