Enhancement: GUI improvements

Description

As the app gets closer to release, we want to ensure that all elements of the GUI are clean and tidy and well organised.

Some things that need improvement:

• Ensure all data tables/ reactables fit screen size so that user does not have to scroll down in order to scroll horizontal
• Rearrange widgets and layout in a way that makes sense
• Ensure any buttons and widgets are not overlapping with other outputs

Layout changes:

• Filter section in another tab before Mapping. Columns used should be from the raw data. Text in Review saying Mapping & Filtering should be removed/changed.
• Save Settings next to Run NCA button, always available. Only do if not already in Bug/settings based on pknca #205
• Make sure all tables in Results contain containers so the user when having a mouse can easily scroll to the left/right
• Make a Ratio Analysis tab in NCA Setup: Concentration Ratios (or Matrix ratios) & Parameter ratios (Profile / Metabolite / Bioavailability). In Results, include also a separate Results tab.
• Combine in one tab with two sub tabs Slopes and Exclusions. Call the tab Slope calculations (or perhaps Half life calculations)
• Ask if Slope Selector would make more sense before Settings for simplicity (only run NCA once with correct lambdas) -> They would like that the plots are already active and prepared before running NCA
• Move Summary table from Visualizations inside the Results tab. Ask if this same table is reported independently from the TLG corresponding summary table

Definition of Done

The requirements for the feature to be complete:

• All data tables using same layout
• All widgets properly organised
• General layout of app easy to use and well structured
