I want something like:

Usage: panamax publish MY-MIRROR [OPTIONS]
Options:
    --registry <REGISTRY>     Registry to publish to

I known that panamax can serve crates, but I want use gitea for serve crates and other package formats (rust-lang/cargo#12747, go-gitea/gitea#27105).
