ncnn库需要等下面这个 PR 合并后更新下
Tencent/ncnn#1613
其中 ncnn param 手工将 Squeeze 层替换为 Reshape，并修复了后面一处 Permute 参数
因为 ncnn 不支持 batch inference，于是 LSTM 层后面的 fc 改为外层循环展开处理

目前暂时为0，等ncnn的.a .h更新后可以打开lstm模型
