chat.postMessage webhook gives 200 OK but no message received

I am trying to send alerts via slack bot token in webhook action intead of notify

The output shows 200 OK but there's no message on slack. But when I manually send via curl then it's received.

Sorry, I couldn't. The last update I got from the CloudCustodian team was that this is not supposed to work the way I intended in this example.
