v0.1.6-ecbis-rc1: Preview & Stage Quest/eCBIS Release (CHA)

Enhancements

1. Added the Commodity Register & profile UI changes.
2. Added the consumption calculations.
3. Added the physical count and restock calculations.
4. Fixed logout.
5. Fixed Calculations on the forms.
6. Added asterisks for the required fields.
7. Added register caching.
8. Hooked up the immunization Tasking. The MVP design is yet to be implemented. This can be disabled on request.

Known regressions

1. The Disease registration form breaks if you select multiple diseases. Please select one disease from both questions onaio/fhir-resources#277
2. Some of the menus on the profile show all the time. onaio/fhir-resources#278
3. Forms loaded from Tasks do not extract correctly onaio/fhir-resources#279
4. We implemented some caching on the registers. It's a bit buggy.
   • If you notice the values on the supply chain register don't refresh please check the profile.

1. Fixed the app crashing on on Questionnaire submit.
2. Fixed the missing family and patient names.
3. Fixed the row padding for the diffrent patient rows.
4. fixed the app crashing on sync.
5. Fixed the crash due to missing Binaries. This was caused pagination of the FHIR resoruces.
6. Update the Family registration to store the village details.
7. Update the family register and profile to show the village details.
