Bug description:
Wrong copy in 'My drafts' workqueue when there is no record.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to 'My drafts' workqueue, when there is no record.
  2. Observe the copy.

Actual result:
Copy is 'No records in progress'.

Expected result:
Copy should be 'No records in my drafts'.
