VMPilot lets you develop software with the help of an AI agent. Think of it as Aider, Cursor, Codeium but with Open-WebUI's rich interface.

The agent operates directly within a virtual machine where it:

• Helps you define requirements in github issues
• Writes and modifies code
• Creates unit tests
• Develops Documentation
• Manages your git repository

VMPilot integrates with OpenWebUI's rich interface.

• Turn on streaming to see the agent's actions in real-time
• Use workspaces to provide custom prompts and context to the agent
• Content from commands and files is automatically fenced in markdown

It has been primarily been tested with Anthropic Claude, but also support OpenAI's GPT models.
