Last version of Caret is broken for me

Sorry to put an issue about Caret here, I wasn't sure where to post/send it! I don't know if Caret is being supported anymore while you're working on Nota, but I still use Caret beta because it suits my needs better than Nota so far, and a few months ago it stopped working for me. I'm on an Intel Mac, and when I open Caret, the window is a light grey colour and there are no UI elements at all, just a grey window. Clicking or typing anywhere doesn't have any effect, and clicking on any of the menus doesn't do anything either—no menu opens, no visible interaction from my clicks at all. Is Caret dead forever now?
