Indicate cursor position in outline in right sidebar #407

It would be great if the sidebar indicated the section within which the cursor is located in the text. This is very helpful for long/complex documents with many headings so one can understand at a glance what section one is editing (e.g. in a doc that has similarly named subsections in multiple sections).

As an example, RStudio does this nicely:
