Unfortunately I can't create a sample because FA5 Duotone requires a license, but duotone icons use the :before and :after pseudo elements and (depending on if you have things swapped) it sets the opacity of the after (or before) to 0.5. When the icon is rendered for html2canvas, it seems to always use opacity 1.
