US: Collect packaging state for NGI0 Review requests

Description

As a Nix@NGI team member, I want to see the state of packaging all NGI0 Review requests in an overview, so that I can finish their implementation.

Acceptance criteria

Given a place where packaging state is shown,
when I filter for projects under NGI0 Review,
then the set of required, implemented, and missing deliverables (according to #175) for each project is displayed.
