Bug description

Given spanish is selected as the users language
when creating a folder description
then the Léeme file created will be rendered with an escaped é

Note: Reload fixes the encoding issue.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select spanish as the users language
  2. Visit a folder in files that does not have a description yet
  3. Create a folder description
  4. See new file with escaped character

Expected behavior

The new file should have a properly rendered name.
