Enhance the description what location means on creating an Album

If you create an Album ther is no description what you can / should enter on Location:

It may make sense to closely integrate Locations and Places from the user perspective. The former (Locations) seems to be purely user defined (i.e. for albums) and the latter (Places) automatically pulled from metadata (i.e. from individual photos).

As a user if I click the Places section, I intuitively expect both to be shown.

This would, in turn, open up the opportunity for some user visible relabeling of fields and clarity since the icons are the same.

I ran into this issue just now. I thought "location" might mean where to store or maybe to make a sub album. But now I get that it's for when you want to mark a whole album with a specific location.
