Feeds are sorted case-sensitive

Explain the Problem

The feed list is sorted alphabetically but using case-sensitive sorting. The list is sorted by uppercase first, followed by lowercase.

Example:

Right now, the list is sorted like that:

• My Feed
• Some Feed
• another feed

But it should be sorted like that:

• another feed
• My Feed
• Some Feed

The previous News app version (24.x) sorted the feed list correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what you did to encounter the issue

1. Add some feeds with different cases in the title like in the example above
2. The list will first list the feeds with uppercase characters follower by those with lowercase characters
