Hi,
Please try the following command.

source /opt/ros/kinetic/setup.bash
cd ur_ws/src
wstool update
cd ../
sudo rosdep init
rosdep update
rosdep install --from-paths src --ignore-src --rosdistro kinetic -y
catkin build
